The terms that govern quotations, orders, payment, delivery, liability and use of our printing services.
Terms and Conditions of Business
These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services supplied by Reliant Colour Solutions Limited.

Definitions
- Company means Reliant Colour Solutions Limited.
- Customer means the person or business placing an order.
- Goods means printed materials and related products supplied by the Company.
- Services means design, print and associated services provided by the Company.

Basis of Contract
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
A binding contract is formed when the Customer accepts a quotation in writing or by email, or when the Company commences work.
These terms apply to all contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices are based on current material and production costs. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices where costs increase before completion of the order.

Payment Terms
- New customers may be required to pay in advance.
- Credit account customers must pay within 30 days of invoice date.
The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue sums under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
The Company may suspend work or delivery if payment terms are not met.

Artwork and Proofing
The Customer is responsible for supplying print ready artwork in the correct format and checking all proofs carefully before approval.
The Company is not liable for errors once proofs have been approved by the Customer.
The Customer warrants that any artwork supplied does not infringe copyright, trademark or other rights. The Customer shall indemnify the Company against any claims arising from supplied content.

Colour Variation and Tolerances
Due to the nature of printing processes, slight variations in colour, shade, size and finish may occur.
Industry standard tolerances apply. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer on delivery. Title remains with the Company until full payment is received.
If the Customer fails to accept delivery, the Company may charge reasonable storage and re delivery costs.

Claims and Defects
Any claim for damage, shortage or defect must be notified in writing within:
- 3 working days of delivery for damage or shortage.
- 7 working days for quality issues.
Goods must be returned for inspection where requested.
The Company’s liability is limited to reprinting the Goods or issuing a credit at its discretion.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
If cancelled before production, the Customer shall pay for all work carried out and materials ordered up to the date of cancellation.

Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, machinery breakdown, transport delays or industrial action.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
